I hired Nate to list my rental properties, 3 of them. Somewhat unique properties. Nate helped me through the process and had good ideas on how to market and advertise the properties. He was very thorough on getting this done correctly and in a timely manner. He got many showings and I settled on an offer pretty quickly. I think about 4 weeks. He communicated with the buyers realtor and kept me updated through the process. Nate is a professional guy and is serious about his real-estate career. I think he did a great job and i will definitely list with him the next property that I sell
