Nate was very knowledgeable in all the things that were needed to sell a mobile home. Being as it was a mobile home that we were selling it was not the highest price sale. Nate always treated the sale of our mobile home as important. We never felt like it was too small a sale. He was always very polite and patient with my many questions. There were a couple of times which I needed to either drop off information or pick up paperwork from the office. The ladies at the reception desk were always nice and very helpful. I was always greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. Our sale was handle very well and quickly. We are so glad that Nate was there to help us with this. Nate went above and beyond helping me out and keeping me informed at all times on the progress of the sale and making sure all documents were completed in timely matters. I really appreciated the fact that he also brought the closing check to me at my home rather than me finding a ride to get the check elsewhere.
