Nate went above and beyond taking care of issues during the closing, especially waiting in line for us at the courthouse and then waiting with us at the DMV, he did not have to do this, but he did and it was so appreciated! We only had one key for the house and Nate had extra keys made. Also, there was a small item missing and Nate went above and beyond and replace the missing piece and hand delivered it to my mother and she thought that was so nice of him to do, she really appreciated it.
