While Adam was exemplary in how he marketed and sold our home, one of the things we most appreciated about working with Adam was that after our property was contracted, and before it closed, Adam managed the entire process of getting our home closed. He helped put the PICRA together, and recommended vendors to assist with completing the repair items. He met with every vendor onsite, both when we were home or were away. Adam's hand-on approach with owning these items allowed us to work and continue with our lives, while he managed the back-end of the home sale and close.
