Adam was 100% outstanding regarding every aspect of this sale! My wife and myself had separated and the sale of the house was a very personal and tough decision. Adam saved the house from going into foreclosure and from further ruining our credit. Adam handled most everything for us so that we did not have to do too much or expend emotional energy worrying about the process. He knew that it would not be a great deal of money for his commission. However, he persevered and made it clear that to him, he felt obligated to get this done in a short time frame. We could not have found a better agent. He coordinated all of the inspections,required work, phone calls, signatures, et cetera. He worked phenomenally harder to sell this house than he made from his commission. Also,my ex-wife and myself were not really on great terms during the sale of our house.
