Naveena was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire home buying process. As first-time home buyers, she gave us great advice and took the time to educate us. She was honest with us and we were able to quickly close on a home during a difficult time to buy. We really appreciated all her help and would recommend her to anyone.

Naveena shared our enthusiasm about buying our first home. She explained things very throughly and multiple times when we needed her to. She kept us in the loop at every step and always responded in a timely manner. She was often able to get us same-day or next-day showings of homes. Naveena pointed out specific details about each home that helped to inform our decision about whether or not we wanted to make an offer. She also communicated between us and the seller's agent really well. Reach out to her if you're looking to buy a home!

Naveena was great to work with. She did a lot for us, from offering suggestions about what to look for in the homes, helping us to make competitive bids, and just being available/accessible throughout the process. She came with a "can do" attitude that thinks about ways around the problems one would face in such a difficult market. I would work with her again if I were trying to buy a home.

Very streamline experience! I was dreading the process initially, but Naveena made the process feel effortless and eased all of my concerns.

We are buyers from out of state. Naveena was available immediately to take us to a walk thru of the unit and was able to tell us what was available in the neighborhood based on what we were looking for. There was another unit nearby that listed and she was able to get a quick site walk the same day to provide us feedback on the pro's and con's of the new listing. Once we offered and found out there was another offer, we worked with her to decide on an equitable counter offer and we came to an agreement with the seller. The inspection had to be done within 5 days and Naveena made herself available for a 7:00 inspection. The closing process was very fast since it was it was a cash offer, but Naveena was there to help us thru the process. Naveena was very responsive to emails, text messages and returning any calls we had with her. She was polite, professional and knowledgeable of the area and what we needed to do in order to close the deal.

We highly recommend Naveena Ganesan! Helped us find our first investment property in a multiple offer situation with the best terms and conditions to beat other offers. She is very responsive, honest, and goes above and beyond for her clients. Sat down with us on multiple occasions to help us weigh the pros and cons of our decisions. She walked us through every step of the process and even got us a lender who would beat the interest rates we were offered. Throughout the whole process, Naveena had our best interest in mind and gave us all the information we needed to make informed decisions and we never felt pressured. We will absolutely be recommending Naveena to any family or friends who are looking to buy/sell in the future.
