This was our first time buying a home and been through 3 realtors already. When our lender suggested to meet with Neema I wasn't going to get my hopes up, but the moment we started communicating she had something the others didn't. She was so quick to respond and communicate with us, she answered ALL questions I had and exceeded every expectation I had. I am a real estate agent and originally intended to handle this situation myself. After speaking with Neema, we felt that she was the perfect choice. Most agents would have dismissed us, especially if they were not going to earn a commission, but she was willing to help anyway, very rare. My wife and I have conflicting schedules and we felt it may be worth giving up the commission to use her sevices. As it turns out, she was the best decision we could have made.
