It was important for us to find someone that would actually listen to our needs and specifications. We were initially working with someone that was sending us homes that were way out of our budget and way outside of our location parameters. Once we had our initial phone call with Neema I felt so much better! Being first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and Neema was there every step of the way to help us out. She would say that she was over-communicating but we couldn't get enough of it! She was always there to respond to every call, email and text. Even when we needed honest non-bias feedback, she was there to give it to us. Even when we had a loll during the closing process, she was there doing a weekly check-in to make sure we had everything we needed to make our move-in process as seamless as possible. Neema also had great suggestions when it came to inspectors, mortgage brokers, even lock-smiths! And they were all so amazing to work with. Any suggestion she made, we took. If we could buy another home tomorrow, Neema would be the first person that we'd call. Mrs. Enriquez is one of the best real estate agent/coach I have ever met. The main reason why I chose Neema was she actually cares about her clients. This is a rarity in any industry today and skill most have forgotten. However not Neema she cares and if you your part she will do hers! Five stars across the board!!!
