Neema Enriquez was referred to us through the sales agent of our new home build; he had endless wonderful things to say of her as both a professional and individual. I'd never heard someone so satisfied with their agent which intrigued me so I immediately called her to set up an appointment. She was there the next day, prepared with information necessary, and ready and willing to answer all of my questions! Her demeanor was that of a seasoned real estate agent, but also a long-time friend...I felt at ease and confident with her ability to get the job done right and quickly!! I interviewed a couple of other agents, as I always do, BUT Neema stood out above the rest. Through the entire process she was right on spot, guiding us with decision making as needed, but also supporting our questions and doubts. What impressed us so was that she always had good reason to back her actions and would always explain them thoroughly. Also impressive was how she staged our home with her own personal decorative items for our open house, and allowed us to keep them in the home until close. Never more than a couple minutes would go by for a response to my text or call and she never dropped the ball.
