Working with neema was just outstanding. I have dealt with many realestate agents in the past but non of them even compares to neema. Not only was she very knowledgeable but very patient and professional. It took many months and lots of work to find us a home but neema stuck with us and helped us through a very difficult process. As first time home buyers, Neema exceeded our expectations of what a relator should do for buyers. She was energetic, patient, supportive and wonderful to work with! Neema knew what we wanted better than we did ourselves and in turn she helped us get our dream starter house that we never thought we could get! I was a renter, and ultimately a first time home buyer. Early last year (2014) I came across the Summit Home Consultants website and discovered that a feature was available which allowed folks to set up an automated query/search for available properties by location, house details (number of rooms, square footage, etc.) price range, etc. That feature was great. After I had created that query I would intermittently receive automated emails with listings. Ultimately, I received an email from Neema whom had inquired as to whether there was anything that she could further assist me with. As I replied back I informed her that -- being a first time home buyer -- I was just in the initial phase of searching for homes, and had many considerations of everything that came along with it, yet with no experience whatsoever. The home that I had been renting was a possibility (and was eventually the home that I love, and purchased). After hearing about the experience that friends and others had had with brokers/realtors I wanted to have confidence throughout my experience that the person I chose to assist me was, truly, the best decision. I spoke with only 2 other brokers previously, albeit briefly. Yet, in the end, something was "just right" about Neema. She turned out to be outstanding! I feel that I utterly "lucked out" by choosing her. The sellers ("landlordz") of my home were looking to do a "For Sale By Owner" transaction; I, on the other hand, knew nothing. From even before I chose Neema's help, she understood everything that I expressed to her, through to the very end! My excitement, my caution, my questions from inexperience, the process of my thinking, my hopes... EVERY thing. She consistently assisted me in a way that I would describe as tutor, friend, family and protector, before and after. I could not be any more appreciative to her, for her months of respect, understanding, grace, humor, clarity and dedication, all accompanied with an abundance of patience that was never ending. Nothing in Neema's manner ever wavers from this... all of this is, truly and simply, her personal, genuine character. If any prospective home buyers might come across reading my input here, I recommend Neema. To everyone. Entirely. I already have recommended her to others, and I will continue to do so through-and-through. And, I will definitely be choosing her for my own opportunities in the future. Thank you, Neema!
