Neshia Oglesby is the most personable agent that my husband and I have had the pleasure of meeting. From the initial phone call, she made suggestions that we took to heart which helped to influence our decision. Not one time did she appear to get ruffled when we changed our parameters about what we wanted to afford. She just listened, did more research and kept sending new information. She kept in constant contact and very quickly acted as a liaison to resolve any concerns that we had with the broker or the sellers. We also had the pleasure of meeting two of her beautiful children. Neshia is always such a pleasure to work with. She is the most patient person that I know and such a humble spirit. Vacant lots are hard to sell but she went above and beyond spending money on extra advertising until it was sold. It took a while because vacant land takes long but I stuck it out and I'm glad I did. I had it listed previously and all they did was put it in the MLS. Neshia had professional pictures taken and my husband and I couldn't be more please. We had talked to several other agents prior to speaking with Neshia. While completing a search online, we submitted an invite for more information on a property. Neshia responded very quickly (5 minutes I think) and sounded very knowledgeable and interested in actually helping us with our search. From that point on, she was very attentive to our needs and was a great help in us finding and selecting a home in Port Orange. She did a fantastic job for us. As I mentioned before (but not afraid to say it again) Neshia did a fantastic job and was very professional in all communications while we were trying to find and close on our home. Neshia spent what I feel is more than appropriate time handling our case. She was always there and I feel went above and beyond to make sure our unique circumstance was handled efficiently. Again, Neshia made a very stressful situation go smoothly, she worked hand in hand with the Title company as well as responded to the bank in a VERY timely manner. Without her, the deal may not have been completed within our short timeline. She was great to work with.
