Nick could not have been a better real estate agent for me. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the steps of buying a home and the area, always walking me through the next steps and what to expect, and answering any and all questions I had, especially as a first time home buyer. He was very communicative and attentive, always responding prompty and being clear and informative. Often times he was guiding me through questions I didn't even know I needed to ask, pointing out what he saw and advising on what to consider. He was very proactive in reaching out to people to get information or answers needed along the way. He was very professional and personal, and he showed a lot of care and consideration in making sure I found a house that was a good fit for me and one that would ultimately make me happy. I have no regrets with Nick as my agent and would highly recommend him to anyone looking into buying a home.

Nick was the very first realtor with whom I have worked - the only! I would not have changed anything about my experience with Nick. For me, a first-time buyer making a life-changing decision, I needed somebody who would take the time to explain anything and everything to me. Nick did this and more; he was always happy to go over a point, clause, further details with patience and ken. Furthermore, at the start of my search for properties, Nick would always offer to take me to a prospective property as I did not have my own transportation. He was able to explain everything and answer questions clearly. I trusted his guidance. He was willing to contact various parties numerous times, to get me information I was seeking.
