Nicholas Glandon did a wonderful job managing the buying process of acquiring a new property then talking us on as his client to sell our home. We bought it new back in 1988 as a new home and spent 34 years there raising two kids and recently retiring. Nicholas was masterful getting to stay on task, meeting deadline and explaining the whole process. It was a very stressful time. Imagine moving after 34 years during the Christmas Holidays getting the house ready to show, etc. In short, what matters are the results as I noted previously, but will say again, " Got us into our new home winning a bidding war. Priced our old home much higher than I expected then got above asking and sold it in 5 days' plus we had extra money to do the all the remolding, plus still have extra money left over. Nick was great to work with! We had to move quickly on this deal as the seller wanted a closing date of under three weeks and as did I. He was a critical part in making it happen. I have a full time job during the day and he did a lot of the heavy lifting in terms of communications between all stake holders. He takes a personal interest in helping his buyer secure the home they are wanting and he works very hard to make it happen on a reasonable time table.
