Excellent service.would highly recommend

Nicholas Perez was the most professional and hard working realtor we have ever dealt with. His persistence to get us exactly what we wanted was refreshing. After we found our property he let us see it as many times as we wanted without feeling rushed at all. Not a single time Nick made us feel we were taking up too much of his time. We were always a priority and he was legitimately avalible 24/7 by text or phone. Nick knows what he is doing and will find you exactly what you are looking for. I can’t imagine using anyone else. Thank you Nick and Century 21 for a perfect experience. I am a client for life!

Nick was Great, He Understood our needs and was very patient with us during the selection process Thanks again Nick!

Nick handled the sale of a property he helped me purchase about 2 years ago. Once again, everything went very smoothly. We got multiple offers after only 1 weekend of showings, and even when the first offer fell through, we had another one lined up in just a few days. I would highly recommend his services for purchasing or selling a property.

We will call Nicholas Perez again for him to find u's a home for us, thank you again.

From day one my wife and I knew we wanted to work with Nick. Throughout the whole process, Nick was there every step of the way. We were first time home buyers and didn't fully understand the process, but Nick guided us through it. Nick went out of his way to make this as painless as possible and he succeeded in doing so. I couldn't imagine having to do this without Nick. Nick knew exactly what we wanted and he delivered. He helped negotiate an amazing price and gave us many other options to consider when making an offer. I can't say enough good things about Nick, we would recommend him to any of our friends or family for their home buying needs.

We interviewed three realtor candidates all with Many years of experience and great track records . Nick appeared to be the most honest and upfront with us and we appreciated that. He was extremely attentive to our questions and gave straightforward answers. He responded within minutes. I will recommend him to everyone. He made us feel like we were selling a multimillion dollar house by the way he treated the sale of our property. Even after the sale he continued to go above and beyond. We Absolutely love Nick and are continuing to work with him as we look for our dream home.

Nicholas Perez was an absolute pleasure to work with on our recent short sale purchase. He worked hard to get our short sale finalized and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and kept a tight line of communication throughout the entire process. Being a first time home buyer we had a lot of questions and Nick went above and beyond to answer any questions we had and to make sure we were comfortable. I will refer Nicholas Perez and to everyone I know interested in buying or selling a home. Nick's service was impeccable, top notch!
