Mr Leon is very knowledgeable and efficient. I’ve meet many realtor but Nick was well above all of them providing excellent service. He made the whole home buying experience very easy.

My experience with Nick Leon is nothing short of highly positive. Although I had contacted Nick previously for the sale of my place two time before and then not deciding to follow through on the sale at the time, Nick completely understood my needs and my situation. Because of that, his friendly personality and professionalism, I knew when I was 100% ready, there was no doubt in my mind, I would contact Nick again and never even thought of going to another broker or using anyone else. Nick explained everything to me, what to expect, what would be needed and was with me the entire time of the process and he made what is a stressful event so much less stressful. His knowledge, his guidance and his demeanor, was exactly what I was looking for in an agent. I had such an great relationship with Nick and I never felt in the dark at all through the process. Should I need an agent in the future, I would not hesitate to call Nick, I would not think of looking for anyone else. I would also highly recommend to any of my friends and colleagues in need of an agent. Having dealt with other agents in the past, Nick is number one in my book. When my attorney friend was no longer in the real estate business, Nick gave me a recommendation who I would also use again in the future. I cannot say enough about my experience with Nick on both a professional and personal level. Many NYC agents can learn from Nick on how to treat and deal with clients. NICK IS THE BEST! If I could go higher than Excellent, I would have. What more can I say about Nick Leon that I have not said before. THE BEST.
