Nick - Jon and I can't thank you enough for all the hard work, dedication and the time you spent in selling our home, so quickly. You made it very easy for Jon and I to sell the house, you did all the work for us, and we very much appreciate it. We most definitely will suggest you to anyone we know who is selling or wanting to purchase a home, you are an expert in your field and we were lucky to have you as a Realtor.

When working with Nick Nelson we felt well taken care of and confident Nick would sell our home. Nick did everything in a timely manner was very helpful and kept us well informed. After each open house Nick would call us and tell us all about how he felt it went. Nick respected our values and listened to how we wanted to sell our property. We had a very good selling experience. If you want a smooth selling experience we would recommend Nick Nelson he knows how the selling of homes buisness works.

Nick always had our best interests in mind and helped us tremendously along the way. He always had suggestions on how to improve on things. We were very satisfied with Nick and will most certainly contact him in the event we buy again.

Nick went beyond what he had to for us. We put a lot of timelines in there for him and he figured out a way to meet all of them. He was very helpful and did what we asked him to do for us. Thank you very much.

Nick was very patient and helpful during my search. I had a very unusual request and it took some time but he was very insightful and took into consideration all my requests. Even though I had a very difficult selling agent and seller to work with, Nick still pursued all avenues to help me purchase my duplex! Thank you so much!

Nick did an amazing job with us. He made sure we found our perfect home. He met with us whenever we needed him. Really went out of his way to ensure our first home buying experience was great. Would recommend him to anybody we know.

Nick Nelson went out of his way to see that we were able to purchase the home that we wanted. He followed through on all the details I did not have time to take care of and felt he was a very caring individual and pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend him to anyone.
