Nick was very non partisan in the eventual purchase, explaining options and letting me sort them out. Very helpful but not "pushy". Nick Nelson has the perfect personality for his profession, patient and helpful with difficulties that presented themselves. He's also helped after the sale with referrals for excellent contractors. Nick was recommended by my finance company. His quick response in regard to my moving from out of state and flexibility for making my schedule work was great.
