Nick was wonderful. He was attentive to our needs and kept us informed and was there with any questions we had. Thank you.

Nick was referred to me by a coworker. I told nick right off the bat that I hated the searching process and that I wanted him to make the whole thing as easy as possible. Nick did exactly that. Throughout the closing process, my lender wasn't the best with communication, and Nick always seemed to find a way to make up for my lender's shortcomings. I would absolutely use Nick again as well as recommend him to friends and family.

We worked with another Realtor for a short time prior to finding Nick. We cannot say enough good things about him. He was so polite, made this huge opportunity a reality for us - making our dream come true. From the start, searching for homes to the day of closing, was such a pleasure. He was a go getter, looking for the house we wanted in such a small location. We are all getting situated in our new home and loving life! I would recommend Nick Nelson, to all my family, friends, co-workers and even people I do not know! Thank you Nick for all your hard work and dedication! You rock!!!

Nick was the only realtor we've worked with that would respond to us within a timely manner. He was professional and sold our house fast. I would recommend Nick to anyone. Great guy!

I have contacted agents in the past on property that I was interested in, but the property was pending or sold, the agents never kept in touch to show other property, I was getting frustrated! I viewed property on century 21 website, called Nick Nelson, property was pending, he said I can show you other property. I wanted to wait, I had 6 months left on a renters lease. Nick told me when your ready give me a call, and I will keep in touch with you, I was thinking yeah right! my husband was skeptical too! But Nick did just that, kept in touch, sent me photo's of homes I might be interested in. My husband said, we need to keep Nick as our agent!!! We did! Never been happier! found the perfect home for us!! I can't thank Nick Nelson enough, he went ALL OUT to make us happy! I would recommend Nick Nelson to all my friends. thank you so much again!! Best agent and company, I would highly recommend!

Nick is a good long-time friend of mine, but I had never done business with him in this capacity as a real estate agent. I had recent experience both buying and selling a home with a different agent, so I had a good basis for assessing his performance. With that said, Nick did a great job with this transaction and really exceeded my expectations. He did a great job representing our needs as a buyer, researching properties that met our specs and helping us negotiate with the seller to ensure that we didn't overpay. All in all, it was a great experience and I definitely will be recommending Nick to my friends and family for their next real estate purchase or sale.

We can't say enough about how supportive Nick was throughout this process of buying our first home. He is extremely timely in communication, patient with all of our questions and requests, and makes himself very accessible. He was very willing to work around our schedules. Excellent experience all around and we are grateful we got to work with Nick.

Nick emailed me as soon as i started looking online that let me know he'd work hard me and he did just that.My wife and I loved Nick right from the start. He made himself available whenever we needed him.I would recommend him to any of my family or friends without a doubt. Our overall experience was perfect!

Nick Nelson was excellent to work with from day one. He accommodated our schedule and was able to show us every house we requested to see. He did his homework on each house and came prepared to each showing. Nick was in constant contact with us and always researched questions we had in order to provide the correct answer. We love our house and are thankful it was Nick that was able to assist us throughout he process.

Would definitely recommend Nick to anyone looking to purchase a home. Nick helped me find my first home and he did a great job. Nick was never pushy and was able to accommodate my needs, even when they were last minute. Friendly guy and easy to talk to!
