He went above and beyond our expectations, scheduling and hosting numerous showings during the limited time we were in town and keeping us informed on the status of the market throughout the process. He provided a video tour of the house we ended up purchasing when we were unable to appear in person. He was knowledgeable of market value and drafted a very competitive offer that allowed us to beat numerous other offers.
