Nick is very good at all that he does for his clients. Nick went above and beyond the call of duty for us Would use century 21 again. I would tell my family and friends about century 21. John and I are completely comfortable with the house we have thanks to Nick talking with the previous owner of the house. Nick is the BOMB.
Nick was straight forward and extremely knowledgeable. He knew what to do and when to do it. The whole process went exactly as he planned. We couldn't be happier with Nick.
I delt with Nick Nelson a few times and every time I have been 100 and 1 percent happy Nick goes beyond and more.Very lucky to have meet him
Very helpful and showed us houses that we weren't looking at because he understood what we needed
Nick Nelson found us a house in a highly sought after market, we offered and with his expedient communication we got the house under contract. We were competing against numerous other buyers, the seller chose our offer because of the clear and quick communication Nick used to transact with the listing agent. We would recommend Nick Nelson to anyone looking for house in the Fox Valley who wants their home buying process to be quick and simple.
It's always a pleasure working with Nick as we know he'll be truthful and helpful with all aspects of the buy/sell. We're very comfortable with him.
Nick was extremely helpful in my search for a home. My boyfriend and I decided to move to the Appleton area, but we weren't sure what we wanted in a home. Nick was there for every step of the way to figure out what we liked and made sure that he showed us homes that were in our price range. He knew after the first house tour what we wanted in our starter home. As a first time home buyer, we had no idea what we wanted or how the process of buying a home worked. Nick made this process so easy! I would recommend him to anyone that plans on buying a new home in the Appleton area.
Nick Nelson was amazing to work with from start to finish. In such a competitive housing market, he remained patient and guided us throughout every step. He encouraged us when we needed it and made sure we knew what all of our options were. His attention to detail showed as he really listened to our feedback for each house that we looked at, and urged us to look at a house we did not think we would like but ultimately ended up falling in love with it and buying! We have no regrets, and will recommend Nick to anyone looking for the best realtor in the area.
Nick assisted me in setting up a time for a viewing of the property, submitted my proposal and letter in a very timely manner, and notified me of the acceptance of my proposal. Nick kept me informed in every aspect of the process as we were going through the closing even though we had one little hiccup along the way our closing went off without a hitch.
Nick's expertise is second to none when it comes to buying or selling a home. He made sure that our experience buying a vacation home was easy and stress less. He understood our needs when buying and timeliness on getting deal done was fantastic. Thanks Nick!
