Nicole was dedicated to our journey of buying our second home as soon as we met at our first showing and she helped us understand every consideration and step in the process. We rushed to get our first home sold with no contingencies and it seemed like she was always ready to drop what she was doing (if possible/reasonable) to help us with something related to staging our home when things were the most hectic. Her communication and clarity were top notch, we didn't get caught off guard by any step in the process and received plenty of reminders to make sure everything was going to smoothly from purchase to sale. Working with a realtor can be frustrating; they don't always seem to work solely for your interests. We had decided to not work with the agent who was selling our old house because we felt unheard and managed in that transaction. We found a few houses we liked and, of the realtors who had listed those properties, we chose Nicole and Century21. We had a somewhat difficult time finding the right fit for us, but she never wavered in her representation of us. It seemed as though she was always 'our' agent.

It was great working with Nicole. She got me in to see multiple listings that sold in a day or less. She also helped me determine value and potential resale value of these homes so I knew if I was getting a good deal. It also helped determine whether it would sell well down the road. Overall very good experience I would definitely use her as my realtor again.
