Easy to communicate with. Good attention to detail. Excellent guide through purchasing process.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Nicole as our realtor during the purchase of our first home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Nicole was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly responsive. No matter what questions or concerns we had (and as first-time buyers, there were a lot) Nicole was always available and made sure we felt informed and confident every step of the way. She also made great recommendations for other service providers like a home inspector and lender. She walked us through the ins and outs of using an FHA loan so we never felt overwhelmed. Nicole took the time to truly understand what we were looking for and helped us find a home that was absolutely perfect for us. We are so grateful to have had Nicole in our corner during this huge milestone. Her dedication, expertise, and genuine care for her clients are unmatched. We wholeheartedly recommend Nicole to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She’s simply amazing!

Nicole was an extremely helpful and dedicated realtor! She was always available to answer questions and provide recommendations during the homebuying process. She was helpful, friendly, and professional the entire time. Not to mention she was patient as it took us about a year to get to a point where we could purchase a house and move forward! I cannot recommend her highly enough!

We were first time homebuyers and had several hesitations/were very cautious about looking for our house. Nicole was so understanding and supportive during the entire process. She was extremely easy to work with, and it really felt like she had our best interests in mind and wanted us to find the right property. We couldn't possibly recommend her enough and wouldn't even consider working with someone else in the future.

Nicole was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and had great communication!

Even though it was such a fast process, Nicole Luesink was so helpful and we couldnt have asked for anything more. From communication to making herself avalible when needed. Making sure we understood what was going on as first time home buyers, answering all the questions we had. It all went so smooth and she made sure we were set up for success at the end of it all.

Nicole was very helpful and always good at communicating with me or answering my questions in a timely matter (even on holidays or nights). I couldn't have asked for a better realtor for my first home purchase.
