Nicole was very helpful and knowledgeable about houses available in the Unity area. My wife and I felt very comfortable dealing with her. Nicole showed us 3 houses within a span of an hour and a half, trudging through deep snow in her dress shoes without complaint or hesitation. She was very honest about the condition of each of the houses, but was not overbearing in any way that might influence our decision. She was very helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process, and communicated promptly and thoroughly each step of the way. The entire process seemed very simple. Nicole did her portion promptly and thoroughly, and was able to refer us to a local law firm, a very good home inspection company, and a local plumbing/heating technician for a furnace/chimney inspection, all of whom we were very pleased with. She was able to answer all of our questions knowledgeably, and the entire transaction went very smoothly.

Nicole was an amazing lifesaver. She was able to help my wife and I find a house that fit our needs our budget and taste in an Insanely tight market and make the selection process fun! When tragedy struck our family mid purchase she was amazing as she looked after our emotional needs and completed the purchase for us as well.
