Let me start by saying that Nicole Olson absolutely blew away our expectations when we asked her to sell our home. About a month ago my wife and I decided we wanted to sell our house, so we could build a new home. With the market being very hot and houses selling so fast, we thought it would be an easy process to do it on our own. We listed our house on Zillow for a few of weeks at price that we though was top dollar, but we didn't get the types of offers we were hoping for. We also didn't realize the amount of stress that came with selling our house on our own. Once we started looking at the contracts, appraisals, inspections, and the closing process we quickly realized we were in over our heads. We didn't feel comfortable not having an expert looking out for our best interest in this process, so we reached out to Nicole Olson. During our first meeting, Nicole brought up so many things that we didn't even consider when trying to sell our house. She also felt she could push the market and get us more money than we were originally asking for. We put our trust in Nicole's expertise and had her list the house. We thought our timing wasn't great, because we were leaving to go on vacation the day after our meeting for a week. Nicole got all the information from us that she needed, told us to enjoy our vacation, and she would take care of everything. On the 3rd day of our vacation Nicole called us with multiple offers above asking pricing and got the house under contract. She handled the whole inspection and appraisal process without us having to be there. The contract we accepted was with a FHA buyer and we were a little concerned about the appraisal as the last model of our home sold for $70,000 less than our offer. Nicole did work in some insurance with a buffer in the contract incase the house didn't appraise, but luckily we didn't need it! When the appraisal came back for the full offer, we quickly realized that what an incredible job Nicole did maximizing the full value of our home. My wife and I kept a close watch on the other homes for sale in our neighborhood during this process. When we saw other homes struggling to get $30k less than we did for the same model, it truly opened our eyes on what a huge difference it makes having the right realtor representing us. After the house sold, Nicole also helped our find a great rental, in a very tough market, while our new home is being built. Nicole has made this whole process as stress free as possible and is a true expert in her craft.
