I talked with two brokers who I knew personally. I spoke with both agents about their willingness to work with us to show a lot of houses and help decide what we really wanted as our criteria was specific to the house and property and not the area so a lot of areas were in play. Nicole stood out for two reasons. 1.) Her follow-up was AMAZING! She called immediately. She booked viewings immediately. She got us working on next steps. 2.) She was detailed and she followed through on her commitments. She was willing to show us a lot of houses to come to a decision. The other agent had someone on her team call and it took several days. We had some immediate needs and we would have lost a weekend over it. Luckily, Nicole had already shown us houses before the other agent responded. Nicole was exceptional when managing the details and follow-up on our process. She knew the important dates and guided us through the process. She always checked on properties at our request even if she knew they wouldn't be available and were pending. She went above and beyond on pretty much every level. She made the process easy and when she says she will do something, she does it. I've gushed quite a bit already. I remember the last time I bought a house. My agent was nice but I didn't feel she had a great handle on all the details. I had faith that Nicole had everything under control and all the details managed to meet our aggressive timeline. She did a wonderful job for us and I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
Nicole has been great - and has become our family Realtor! From helping my sister and her husband build their home when they moved to Noblesville and selling it when they were relocated to helping my finance and I build the house where we are now living and selling mine, Nicole has really been there for us all!
