Nicole was awesome! She gave us tips to get the house ready and when we listed, we had offers within 2 days. The negotiation of our house was actually very challenging due to the buyers agent, but Nicole was tireless in her effort to get things done. She kept a level head through the whole process and got us everything we wanted from the sale of our house.

Nicole just crushed it as our broker! She was willing to listen to what we wanted and was extremely responsive when we were interested in a house. In the market we were buying in, we had to move immediately when houses came on the market or they were gone again...Nicole never failed. Once we dialed in on the house we wanted, she made everything happen and was a wealth of good advice as we negotiated the sale.
