We had an amazing experience with Nicole. We were surprised, but happy, at the suggested list price. We were dazzled by the staging. We were impressed by how dependable, responsive, and organized she is. At every step, Nicole knew exactly what was happening and what was next for us. She answered every question and put us at ease. We never worried. That's impossible for us! But it is true. Nicole Quinn is so experienced and professional and such a great person with a big heart, deep faith, and dependable nature, that we never worried. Everything was in control! Thanks Nicole Quinn for the best possible house sale. You're the best!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Nicole on both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one, and we couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, She demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for our needs. Selling our home went smoothly with Nicole guiding us through the process. She provided excellent advice on staging, pricing, and marketing, resulting in a quick sale that exceeded our expectations. We felt supported every step of the way, knowing we were in good hands. When it came to purchasing our new home, Nicole went above and beyond to help us find the perfect place. She listened to our preferences and needs, and was patient and attentive as we explored various options. Nicole was always available to answer questions, provide insights, and negotiate on our behalf. Thanks to her dedication, we we found a home we love!

Nicole was extremely thorough with explaining the process of buying a house and giving us our available options. She prioritized our "must haves and wants", and if we couldn't find anything that fit our wants exactly, she explained what was easiest to give up and gave us lots of other options. She was very proactive and communicative with house tours and talking with builders. Once we decided on a house, she was a great resource throughout the process of inspection and tours. She was very detail oriented and stood up for us for the things we wanted. She was extremely kind and knowledgable. If we need sell our new house in a couple years, Nicole will be our first call.

As a first time house owner, we got Nicole as our realtor and was really happy from the very first meeting with her. Nicole was very friendly, patient, and always reacheable when required. She respects and prioritizes clients' opinion over anything and is quick to work on that. I can see through her work that she's a very passionate realtor and loves her work. Besides that she's inside and out a beautiful, good human being who's also involved in voluntary works in her community. We had a lot of questions while buying and selling houses, but Nicole always welcomed each of our queries and tried to the best of her abilities to solve them. I already recommended her to my friends and colleagues. One of my friends bought his home with Nicole's assistance after hearing from us and was also satisfied with her service. I would definitely love to work with her again and would recommend her to others in future. I wish Nicole and Century 21 all the best for their future endeavors.

Nicole did a fantastic job during the entire home buying process. She made it very easy and definetly put in the extra work when she wasn't required. Nicole's communication is outstanding, she kept me in the loop about everything. I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone looking to buy a house. Nicole will streamline the process and make it as easy as possible.

I have used 3 Realtors in the Indy area, and out of the 3 I would DEFINITLY give my first call to Nicole Quinn if I ever have need the services of a Realtor in the future in the Indy area. My wife and I were both very happy with the level of professionalism we received from Nicole Quinn. Response time for calls from us were always quick even if she was in a meeting she would let us know how soon she could respond with a quick text. Nicole's research of the market in our area gave us a great Idea of the market and how we were going to approach the timming of our listing for a sale. We had multiple offers, 4 in 2 days and an accepted offer in 3 days with a signed contract. Nicole prepared a spread sheet for us to compare the offers on paper, this simplifyed our decission to choose the strongest offer for the sale. I would strongly recommend Nicole Quinn and Century21 Scheets Realty for all your needs reguarding purchace or sale of property in the Indianapolis area. Thank You Nicole Quinn

Nicole was so helpful for my wife and me. We came down to look at so many houses in such a short timeframe and she was able to help us through it all. She is very knowledgeable in the areas we wanted and would highly recommend her to anyone!
