There is not enough good things I can say about Nicole, When I first spoke to her I knew nothing about the home buying process and she really took the time to explain everything from start to finish. She was always availabe to answer all my questions no matter the time and helped me tremendously with everything I needed, She also had my best interest in mind and was always straight foward from telling me to not put an offer on a house because it had too many issues to telling me not to put an offer because it would be out of my budget she always told me things how they were. I never felt like she was trying to get me to buy just to buy but guided me and helped me find the perfect home for me and my needs. Nicole went above our high expectations. We could not have low expectations because our situation was difficult. We were recommended to Lamacchia by a friend. Lamacchia recommended Nicole, two for two for sure. The explanation on why they set the price lower than other properties was understandable and 100% on point. We ended up selling our property way above what we asked for it because of the smart marketing and proper price point, which brought in the greatest crowd. Along the way there was some very challenging issues. Some related to real estate others were not, but Nicole was able to assist throughout the whole process. They say selling a house is one of the most stressful situations you can go through. Apparently they did not use Nicole. I would also like to give a shout out to Dave and Alan, who also assisted in the process. They were a great team to work with. Thank you again for all your help.

I can't say enough good things about Nicole! I started off by taking one of her mortgage classes (mortgages and margaritas - got tacos booze and knowledge for free so we love that). I knew I wanted to stick with Nicole when she wasn't pushy at all following the workshop; she truly just wanted to make herself a resource for the homebuying journey. She was always available and willing to talk with me about listings, trying to help me find the perfect spot. When I found the place I was ready to put my first offer in for, I never expected it to get accepted, but Nicole made it happen. She was realistic with me but continued to never be pushy. By some stretch of luck, she got my first offer on a house accepted when I was up against other buyers. She also spent a lot of time advocating for me when an unfair fee was tacked on to my billing; I didn't expect nor ask for help, so this was a testament to how much she cares. I would recommend Nicole 1000x over! :)

As first time home buyers Nicole really eased our minds, during such a stressful time. We found our dream home, and had a baby all with in a week. Nicole made everything so much less stressful. Willingness to listen but also give us unfiltered feedback was excellent. As we were selling our home, our previous realtor really did not make strong recommendations on things like doing work on the house before listing and how much to price it for. With Nicole there was that perfect balance of having her input and expertise even if it wasn't just what we wanted to hear while always feeling like our preferences and opinions were crucial to her.
