We had a fantastic experience working with Nidal over the past six months and couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. As first-time homebuyers, the process felt overwhelming at times, but Nidal guided us every step of the way with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. He took the time to educate us and made sure we felt confident in every decision. There were a few bumps along the journey, but Nidal remained calm, supportive, and reassuring throughout. His steady approach made all the difference. Even after closing, he has continued to offer valuable advice, which really speaks to his commitment. We now consider Nidal not just our realtor, but a friend, and would highly recommend him.

Dal was easy to work with, great with communication and made sure everything went smoothly.

Nidal Bouchedid provided exceptional advice and guidance throughout the entire process. His professionalism, extensive knowledge, patience, and meticulous attention to detail were truly invaluable at every stage. I highly recommend Nidal as an experienced and seasoned realtor who consistently goes above and beyond to serve his clients, making a significant difference whether you are buying or selling.

Myself and my wife are first-time home buyers- Nidal was able to guide us through the process and ease every one of our many, many worries. He was incredibly knowledgable of the local market and brought up issues with houses we were shown which we had not even considered, even in the cases where it would not have necessarily "helped the sale" to point out problems with a home. He was on-call for us Monday-Sunday at all hours. This was a home-buying experience unlike any other, as we have been told by our more experienced family and friends. I cannot wait for the day that we are able to recommend a realtor because we will most certainly be recommending Nidal. Nidal happily educated us on every aspect of the home-buying process, all before we chose him as an agent. He is welcoming and forthright- exactly the kind of person we pictured would help us find our home. I believe that he gave us the most expedient, honest, and pleasant experience that anyone has ever had, especially considering the crazy stories we've heard from our home-buying peers. I hope the day comes that we are able to do business with Nidal again, whether that be referring him to a friend or buying a different home. Nidal, thank you so much, for everything.

Nidal helped me in finding the ideal home and his service was outstanding. I will serenely recommend Nidal to anyone in need of a excellent agent.

Nidal was easy to work with and guided us through the process...he was knowledgeable, made appropriate suggestions and recommendations, and his follow-up and follow-through was timely. Nidal made the process easy.
