Nikki did ausome. She is the best.

We interviewed a few realtors before choosing Niki. She was prompt, totally on point with everything! She was always available when ever we had a question, concern. She was always quick with a response no matter the time of day or night . Not only do I feel she did a FANTASTIC job, I Truly believe she has become a Real Friend! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!! Truly a one of a kind!!

Niki showed me a lot of homes and condos and I mean a lot, she always rose to the occasion in a very timely manner. She was very helpful and was able to walk me through any of the questions that I had. It was a great experience, and a lot of fun. One particular occasion that will always stand out for me was the time I called her and told her I saw a condo that I wanted to see, I told her these condos don’t go up for sale very often and it was an end unit we needed to act quick, she literally hung up the phone called and booked a showing and meet me 11/2 hours later and had to drive an hour to get out to where the condo was. Niki was awesome I will call on her in the future if needed.

Niki Grigg was wonderful to work with! She had great attention to detail and was so prompt in responding to us throughout the entire process. She was so positive & uplifting that we knew she'd find us the perfect home. Me and my husband just bought our first home together and it wouldn't have been possible without her. We would highly recommend her to others & would use her again in the future.

Great first impression of Niki Grigg! She asked questions up front to get a better idea of our needs and what we were looking for. She had our best interest in mind the whole time and made sure we were comfortable with all of our decisions along the way. She made the first time home buying experience easy and was able to keep the process moving in order to close quickly. Love the new home!

She made my home buying experience great! She looked out for things that I might not have.

Would recommend Niki Grigg to anyone selling in her area!!
