She truely cares about her clients. She has solid knowledge of the buying and building construction on homes. We are customers for life on all real estate transactions because of her expertise and down to earth personality. Simply the best.

Our home sale process could not have gone any smoother or more professionally. Right from first contact with Nikki Colgan she shepherded us easily through the preparations and the actual sale process. The Team she brought for various duties was a joy to work with and very helpful and comforting. Our house sold in 3 days for the price we were seeking, only an excellent Agent and Team could have done this.

Nikki was so easy to work with and responded very quickly to all my questions and concerns throughout the entire process of selling our first home. I will be recommending her to anyone that wants to sell. She sold my home after only 3 days on the market. She came very highly recommended and that held up to her and our standards.

Nikki was a great agent. When we first started the process she was on vacation and she was there to answer questions and contact the seller agent even while she was out of town. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

Nikki was there for us for any need possible during the entire process from start to end which was so important to us.

We loved working with Nikki and will recommend her to friends for sure!
