Octavia Nicholas

Octavia took the time to understand all the parties involved in my purchase as well as my needs. She helped me narrow my field for the houses I was looking at vs. the houses I should have been looking at. She was very accessible, responsive and had no issues working with me even though there was a time difference. She answered my questions and also started forcasted the questions I would ask. It was a lovely experience working with her.

Octavia was extremely helpful in everything. She went beyond her job description and attended to all our concerns with Grace and exceptional service. Her knowledge was so valuable to us. She is one in a million. At every moment in the process she listened and was very attentive. I would recommend her to all who is looking to buy or sell a home. Her professionalism exceeded our expectations!!! We love her!!!
