If you truly want a broker that has your best interests at heart, O'Neal Texada is your guy. He was my third realtor after I had terminated the prior two. I guess the third time really was a charm. As a single person and first time homebuyer, I needed someone who was patient and knowledgeable. He didn't mind answering my millions of questions, and tolerated my indeciveness when it came to location and or if I wanted to follow through with an offer. I truly needed someone that was not pushy for me to close a deal I wasn't 100% comfortable with. He did find me a property that I absolutely love and was well under my budget. Although the process was somewhat lengthy (all due to me), I couldn't have asked for a better partner in my journey to becoming a first time homeowner.
