Pam was great. She was very knowledgable about a lot of things which I appreciated very much. She was very personable & easy to get to know. She was a delight & I appreciate everything she did for me & also for what she was willing to do for me to help me move. I am so glad I got to know her. Thank you Pam.

Having worked with Pam Proctor previously and knowing her dedication and service was a no brainer in contacting Pam again. I know other realtors but Pam's dedication stood out to me. And it proved to be true, Pam got on my purchase immediately and has corresponded with my family because I am currently living in Florida and moving back to the area.

Pam is very helpful. First of all, she is honest. When I have a question, she either gives a detailed answer or just tells me she needs to double-check. This is extremely valuable in my case because I need to make a decision in a short amount of time and can't afford to make decisions based on imprecise information. Furthermore, she is caring. I needed to go abroad before closing, so she helped to arrange a remote closing as well as starting the water service on my behalf. She also went back to the property for inspection several times, upon my personal request. Finally, she is responsible. This is rare and extremely valuable. You could trust her words. She fulfilled every promise she gave along the way.

I have worked with Pam on a dozen transactions over more than 20 years. She's a true professional. She knows the details of every part of a real estate transaction inside and out and can get it done even in the craziest of circumstances. I'm always glad to have her on my side and know things will get done right.

Pam's integrity, experience and professional speaks for itself. Choosing Pam is quite simply a "no brainer" ... her attention to detail and knowledge of her profession simply speaks for itself! I always turn to and recommend Pam!!

Our new home was our 1st buying experience, so Pam's whole home ownership knowledge, & details in home care needs for us was imperative for our future abode. Plus, she was very patient with us through each step of the choosing & buying process, inspections, & any other concerns that came up. Pam Proctor managed negotiations of our concerns in a very professional & timely manner, even when holidays & suddenly changes in circumstances occurred. We learned a lot from how complex buying & selling a home can be. We highly recommend Pam for anyone's home searching needs. We also thank Pam very much for speaking on our behalf to the many inspectors & workers fixing various items to give us the best home possible, all the way to the final closing moments. We are grateful for having a person of Pam's expertise looking out for our best interests and wish Pam the very best for her future sales.
