We have now bought and sold houses twice with Pamela within 6 months. She is so helpful and so quick to respond to any questions we might have or information that we might need when deciding on a purchase and a sale. She does thorough research, and is knowledgeable as to what to look for/beware of/inspect when it comes to potential problems. She is incredibly polite and friendly, and willing to look out for her client on every detail. Her hired photographers and stager were really great, too. We sold within 3 days both times, and we were able to offer a lower-than-asking price that was accepted both times as well!
