Thank you! Pete made my transition to my new home flawless. From scheduling viewings to lots of emails to signing the contract it was a great experience. I highly recommend!
Panagiotis (Peter) Sarantidis is an exemplary real estate agent. We worked with him to sell our property. Peter's thoroughness and attention to detail along with caring for his client made the entire process seamless. We would highly recommend Peter.
I have known Peter for over ten years. The sale of my townhouse was handled so professionally by him. He took my next home venture as number one importance for the sale of the townhouse. After several offers I received the one that fit my next venture. Peter successfully got me the villa I wanted within my budget. Great job.
Pete demonstrated exceptional skills in both commentary and negotiation. He was highly accessible and consistently pleasant to work with. I highly recommend his services.
Peter is the best! We found my dream house and he made it happen for me. He worked tirelessly to secure it under contract, despite competing against a cash offer. I had no prior knowledge of the home-buying process, but Peter expertly guided me through every step. Peter offers a one-stop shop with a team of professionals that he works with, which makes the experience pleasant and stress-free. He manages everything behind the scenes and keeps you fully informed throughout the entire journey. We were able to close quickly, and even after the closing, Peter remains available for any questions or concerns. He is a true expert in the real estate industry, and the customer service he offers is excellent! I wholeheartedly recommend Peter to anyone without any hesitation if you are in the market to buy or sell.
Working with Peter was a wonderful and seemless experience. He looked out for me the whole time. Very detailed and communication was great.
