Peter was by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and the process. What made him particularly good was his additional knowledge he's accrued over the years. He is a previous construction manager so he knows structures and what to look for. He is also well connected in the area and help me setup a number of external contracts ie. pressure washing. I would absolutely recommend Peter and I will definitely be using him again when I sell/buy.

Selling and buying ones home is an extraordinarily challenging time. Especially when one is selling a home and you are NOT in the same city. Somehow Peter made this process appear smooth even when situations arouse and I was not in town.
