I came across Peter's name as I was searching for a real-estate agent for a specific project. Let me start by saying my family makes the majority of our income off investment properties, and we have dealt extensively with many real-estate agents and brokers over the years all over the continent of North America. This was to be my first property purchase experience in the USA. Peter not only took the time to understand my requirements, but also to understand my tolerance to risk. Peter, really knows the real estate market, and how to sell and market your house to get you "top dollar". Panagiotis Sarantidis aka Peter. Our lender referred us to Peter. He told us Peter is great and will go above and beyond to help us out finding our first home. The day I spoke with Peter he gathered info on my needs and wanted to meet my wife and see what she wants. We met and soon after that he sent us listings based on both our wants. I don’t know how he does it but he works fast and always had us lined up with showings. After we picked one house he gave us his opinion on how to make a proper offer.
