Patricia Davila was a consummate professional, highly responsive and proactive. In addition she was helpful with a variety of other aspects of our sale, purchase and ultimate move. We would and have recommended her to friends who have also been pleased with her work. Regards,

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience working with my realtor. She was professional, knowledgeable, and guided me through every step of the process. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, my condo sold quickly-even during a time when properties in South Florida have been sitting on the market for months! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell with confidence.

She was a joy to work with. I felt as if she was a family member working on my behalf. Very warm and honest.

Patti exhibited professionalism in all interactions with me. She clearly explained how the sales process would work including how to price my home to sell, how to prepare it for sale and the post contract procedures to finalize the sale. Patti worked diligently to promote my home and evidenced this by her ongoing contact with me via email, text and phone. What impressed me most was her ongoing ability to maintain a cheerful demeanor during each of our interactions while hobbling around on crutches as she healed from an injury. She never let her impairment interfere with providing professional service. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a competent, professional and compassionate agent who will work hard and hold your hand throughout the challenging process of selling your home.

Patti went above and beyond to sale my property. She showed knowledge but always listened to my requests and opinions. She did always what she said she would do, gaining my trust. When I had a problem at my home she was helpful and resourceful, making my life easier. I have worked with many other realtors in the past and Patti did more than all others, and was always available. It's hard to recommend realtors, but I would recommend Patti all the way.

Selling a property in Florida from Canada can be a challenge, but Patricia Davila made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Her dedication was simply unmatched—she went above and beyond to market my Florida condominium effectively, ensuring maximum visibility in a competitive market. Patti was always available, providing guidance and support even on matters beyond her direct mandate (Ex. Support for repairs, etc.). Her professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment were truly outstanding. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who delivers impeccable service with unwavering dedication, look no further. Patti is simply the best, and I wholeheartedly recommend her!

I am a New York State Real Estate broker and Patti represented me in a purchase for a condo in South Florida. She was also the listing agent and worked hard to make sure i wa informed at all times and well represented during the purchase process, such process being a difficult to maneuber in Florida. I found her honest, forthcoming, professional clear, precise, and met my goals. She continues to contact me as i look for other real estate opportunities and will call upon her in the future

Patti had been a true pleasure to work with. I was a condo board member and worked with many agents over my 8 years of tenure. When the time came to sell our condo, Patti was the first person that came to mind. She is always pleasant, professional and thorough. Patti handled the entire process, and the closing process was very easy for me and my wife.

I'm so happy I chose Patti to sell my Father's townhouse after he passed away. Her expertise combined with her warmth and compassion was a perfect mix. She knows the market so well. We sold quickly and at the price we wanted. Thank you Patti!
