The sale of this property came with significant challenges due to ongoing structural work being conducted on the building and which directly involved our unit. Patti did an excellent job at working within these challenges and helping to effectuate a sale. Patti was incredibly responsive and kept in constant communication with us. Her efforts throughout the entire process was greatly appreciated. Her efforts were all the more critical as this unit was not our primary residence and as we reside in New York, having someone who oversaw the entire process in the manner that Patti did was so important.
