I went into this sales agreement with very high expectations knowing we were entering into a down market. Pattie set expectations and made me feel very comfortable with my decision to use her for this sale. With Patricia Holladay, she went all out and made sure she knew the kind of home you were looking for. She knows the area and will not show you a home to “settle” for. During the time I bought my home, the market was demanding and houses were being sold fast. She stayed positive the whole time and was very good at communicating.
