First, this review is long overdue. I was “assigned” Patti as part of a relocation package through my company. Not having a say on WHO I was going to work with when purchasing a home, in a place that my family and I had never been to, didn’t really sit well. To compound our reserved judgment, we had also had a couple of unfortunate experiences with other real estate professionals in our past. Patti contacted us and immediately I was pleasantly surprised with her professionalism, willingness to answer an obscene amount of questions, regardless of the time and day, and her propensity to make OUR priorities HER priorities as well. Over the course of about 3 weeks, hundreds of emails, listings, questions, etc. were shared back and forth. We were also 2 time zones away. It was amazing to get responses when most people are, or should be fast asleep, let alone working and answering my dumb questions. During these emails, we compiled a list of houses we needed to see. We only had 1 weekend to pull this off. Patti proceeded to build us an Itinerary, as time was of the essence. We made it to the last day….we came to a realization that we may end up NOT buying a house on the only weekend that we had available. On a whim, we took a look at one final home that had just come on the market. We liked it, but of course we had questions for the seller’s agent. Patti was quick to respond and she was relentless in getting the questions that we needed answered…ANSWERED!! Using her advice, we formulated an offer (winning offer at that) that kept our priorities in check, while still respecting the sellers wishes as well. Throughout the entire process, I have nothing but accolades to say about Patti. She more than exceeded EVERY expectation, and then some. Patti has become family of sorts and we still keep in touch to this day. If you are questioning on whether or not to use her for your real estate needs, please give her a chance. Patti will NOT disappoint you.
