We will continue to recommend Pattie to friends and family knowing full well that they will receive the same exceptional service that we did!

She’s a good friend but she does her job well. She knows what she is talking about. Friendly polite and I would definitely use her and the company again They did a great job.

Patricia Holladay was outstanding and clearly exhibited all the characteristics of a model realtor. She was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, honest and caring, accessible and easy to reach plus very clear in communications. Ms. Holladay interacted well and assisted me in aspects of my home purchasing experience. Not only was she knowledgeable, but I found Patricia to be trustworthy and always providing me the best information and helpful when making my home purchase. As one who has worked with countless realtors in both the purchase and selling of a home, I found Ms. Holladay to be tops and one of the best among the many realtors that I have worked with over the years.

Pattie and I go way back to High School. My mother moved to San Antonio not long after Pattie received her Realtor license. I quickly introduced the two of them and before long my mother was closing in her home. When it became my time to look for a home there was no doubt that I would use Pattie. She listened to my “ wants” and “needs”. Even though we go way back she treated me with kindness, respect and often told me that NO question was a dumb question. Pattie put my worries to ease and made this such a fun experience. How could it be bad u talked to her everyday several times a day and saw each other a lot. Hands Down Pattie will be highly recommend by me to anyone that is looking to purchase a new home.

Pattie was professional and so easy to work with. She provided clear explanations of each step and guidance that I could depend on. Pattie has a great attitude and made this easy. She kept in close touch throughout so I never had to wonder what was happening as we went along. I would recommend Pattie to anyone buying or selling a home in our area!

Loved her patience, and knowledge. We were first time home buyers and she took her time to explain everything and helped us enjoy the home buying process. Very easy to talk to and available at all times.

I've dealt with a lot of bad realtor's in my lifetime. It was a true blessing that I got to work with Pattie, because she changed my perception. It's truly nice to know that not all realtor's are Thieves'. Pattie is 100% the best realtor ever...Coldwell Banker should think about giving her a raise.
