Patricia was very open about the market, local options, and arranged for us to view homes when we were available. We were dealing with a difficult seller who essentially disappeared at points during the negotiations. Patricia clearly did her best to get things back on track and kept the sale process moving forward...which was especially important as we were dealing with a bit of a time crunch. The only thing we would improve is to have Patricia cloned so every home buyer could feel as satisfied with their representation.
