Selling a property long distance is a very complex task I would not recommend to anyone, especially if you are selling a property for the first time. With the help of Patricia Tafoya this became a very manageable process that resulted in a satisfactory sale. My house had been in the market for over 4 months when she took over. She helped manage my expectations and showed a complete understanding of the market, the area and the property. All of these was essential during the process. At some point we had to rethink our selling strategy and she helped manage the repairs that had to be done to the property and proofed excellent skills with the contractors. I had a direct line to her, could text her and call her at any time. Trust me, this gives you peace of mind when you can not be in the same city.
