Patrick did very well advising us on our offers and also on handling the results of the inspection. There were several issue areas that came up and he helped us get some cash to remedy those issues. Throughout the whole process he made it seamless, handling much of the communication with 3rd parties, going to the house to take pictures, take measurements and to answer questions, and helping in many other ways. His communication was excellent.

I have bought and sold houses for a decades now, but my experience with Patrick Brown last year opened my eyes to what a top-notch, dedicated and engaged person can accomplish. He helped me sell my house in a week and went all in on marketing, behind the scenes research as well as brain storming with me the client. He got a record breaking price for my house in our area and I knew he really believed it could be done. He was so easy to talk to and work out strategies with, no ego, just a well informed skill set. And not once, even when I knew he was busy, did I feel like he was phoning it in. We can not say enough great things about our relator Patrick Brown of Modern Living LA. Our journey to home ownership started out as pipe dream. One that we never thought could be part of our reality. A passing joke about our current living situation led to a real discussion about our future and actual ability to purchase a home. That conversation with Patrick rejuvenated our dream to own a home in Southern California. Eventually, we made the painful decision to let go of that condo since the seller could not be persuaded to sell her home to us. Patrick worked in conjunction with our lawyer to cancel the contract amicably. When we were about to lose hope about living in this great condo community, a realty anomaly occurred. Patrick found another condo that had just gone back on the market in our desired condo community; do to their seller not being able to close the deal. Patrick went above and beyond and immediately arranged a viewing for us the day after Thanksgiving. We toured the 2nd condo which was a different layout than the first however it still checked off many of our wish list items. We decided to put in an offer on this property and Patrick went right to work to ensure that this condo would be ours. Patrick worked with his amazing team at Modern Living LA to help expediate the process since the holidays were fast approaching and we eager to close the deal by Christmas. Patrick was confident that he and his team would have the keys to our 1st home in our hands before December 24th and they did not disappoint. We like to say that this is our own Christmas miracle, our little miracle on 34th if you will. We are overjoyed to be settling into our 1st home with our little boys.
