Patrick Brown was a patient and knowledgeable broker with my process. I was looking for over a year and throughout that time I bid on many houses. Due to the competitive nature of the market, I didn't always get the bid. Patrick was unwavering in his support of each and every one of those transactions. He never tired of the process and while it could have been disappointing to him too that I didn't get the house, he didn't show it and focused his attention on my search once again. We also were close in a few and he organized inspections and follow thru rapidly with great professionalism and synthesized the information in a way that I could make prudent decision on properties.

My husband and I were new to LA and he took the time to show us the city so we understood all our options, and then worked with us to focus our search and criteria. He didn't waste our time with properties that weren't a good fit and also helped us move quickly when there was something he knew we'd like - which is critical given how quickly the market moves here in LA. We have found a home we absolutely love, and without Patrick I don't think we'd have secured it at all, let alone for the competitive price that we did. He not only understands the market and reads individual needs well, he is also an expert with the purchasing process which helped us overcome the inevitable hurdles along the way - securing a loan, getting inspections done within deadlines, negotiating reductions etc. I couldn't recommend Patrick highly enough and will definitely use him again.. when the time comes!

Dealing with Patrick was a pleasure from day one. He was never pushy, and always made me feel like my needs and opinions were being listened to and understood. He would incorporate my input into his next steps and made the process super efficient and comfortable. I was extremely busy at work during my escrow period. Patrick was a godsend in that he not only guided me through the process, but understood my interest in multiple, varied and detailed inspections. He masterminded the whole process and kept it on track. Very impressive! I couldn't be happier!

Patrick knew very quickly after our first meeting what we were looking for. He also worked very hard for us and was available 24/7 to answer any questions we had. He is extremely friendly and approachable and was always on the lookout for properties that suited our needs and fit our aesthetic. He also has broad knowledge of different neighborhoods across Los Angeles, which was very helpful in our case. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, he was great at making connections with listing agents, which ultimately is what seals the deal in this market. Moving from New York to LA in a short time notice. Selling NYC APT while buying LA house at the same time can be stressful. When hire a realtor of course I want to hear their feedbacks on properties, Patrick really listens to my need and lifestyle and give the right suggestions without being pushy. I have lot of questions because Im not native here and new to LA, he answers fast even off work hours which I didn't ask him to. Besides Patrick Brown being extremely knowledgeable in neighborhoods, architecture, local laws, and general human nature he is a genuinely lovely human and family man. I had a lot of requirements and not a huge budget but Patrick never lost patience with me. In fact he would often preview houses and reject them knowing what I was looking for, so that I didn't have to take the time to see them myself. One stop company: needed an estate sale, in less than an hour person showed up in person. Needed a shipper: in less than 2 hours , a call from the shipper was received. Almost daily updates. My questions and calls , sometimes several a day were answered most of the time within minutes. Always clear with specificity when needed. Escrow unbelieveably handled by many competent people. It was always explained every step of the way, surprised how easily it went. Still amazed as I have bought and sold many many homes , at least eight times. This was hands down the very, very best. Went beyond what realtors do, eg even made many trips to move truckloads of estate sale items, some very large for long distances. Even drove a long distance to meet truckers hauling donations of large items even after I had vacated the home but had large items behind. He handled it. The manager of my bldg is very, very difficult. Patricks personality, patience and calm, charmed the often quick to anger manager. He's a peacemaker. I was difficult and demanding at times, and he absolutely won me over every time. Everything was done so professionally: never iffy, always sure and factual. Definitely a real team. They work as a team and inform each other. If selling a home was so very easy as it was with my sale, I'd go into the profession of buying and selling with Patrick and the John Aarons group.
