He made time to show us property when we were in town. Brady stepped in to assist with our contract revisions when Patrick was out of town. It was seamless. Working with Patrick (and Brady when he was covering for Patrick) was a wonderful experience. We toured Fort Collins with Patrick and saw many homes and put a deposit on new construction in Old Town North. After the builder changed the model on us, and then informed us there would be up to a 6-month delay, we were able to get out of that deal and pivoted to Denver. Patrick showed us many properties in Denver, we picked one and he guided us through the entire process up to closing (which was today). Would recomemend 100%!

This team is the best. I've been working with Brady for six years and this is our fifth transaction together (and my family has been working with him for more than 20 years). Patrick and Brady were simply amazing. Finding a house for me was quite a task because I am so specific, and I had two outside opinions (my parents) that needed satisfied.
