Patrick Lam

Patrick Lam is the top agent/broker for all your real estate needs. He will get the job done right and go above and beyond.

I had a great experience working with Patrick Lam on the sale of my home. He is very experienced, professional, and reliable. He communicates clearly, stays on top of details, and is always proactive in getting things done. What I appreciated most was his follow-through — when he said he would take care of something, he made sure it got done. Patrick made the entire selling process much easier, and I felt confident knowing he was handling things. I would definitely recommend him.

Patrick and his team met or exceeded my high expectations. His stager did an exceptional job staging the property. Patrick worked to improve the appearance of the property including the resurfacing of the garage floor. Issues that could have been a hassle like lost keys evaporated because Patrick took care of problems even before they came to my attention. Phenomenal customer service with fast response by text and phone calls. Always available. Positive attitude that made the process a pleasure. If I were to sell another property in the Bay Area I would definitely call Patrick.
