Pat Lebeau very well recommended by fellow members of the CAF. Being ex-military himself, I knew he understood what my needs were with regards to purchasing a house. I was worried I wouldn't be able to find a suitable home for my family due to the last minute posting but Pat Lebeau was able to come through and help during the two house hunting trips. Furthermore, I have never been to Gatineau before hand and he was able to convey all the required information about the area relative to my work so i can make an informed decision. Pat did all the legwork required, thanks to his insight and knowledge we were able to visit dozens of home during my two house hunting trips. He knew the area so well that we were able to narrow our focus to the best houses available for our price range and needs.
